Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or subscribing to DCODDS (accessible via https://dcodds.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every provision contained herein, you are expressly prohibited from accessing or using the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority required for sports betting in your local jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Usage of DCODDS by minors is strictly forbidden.

3. Software License & Anti-Reverse Engineering

DCODDS grants subscribers a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our proprietary quantitative tools for personal, non-commercial analytical purposes. Subscribers strictly agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or proprietary algorithms of DCODDS.
• Bypass, disable, or tamper with security locks, authentication checks, or API restrictions.
• Scrape, extract, or redistribute quantitative feeds, probability calculations, or signals to third parties without written authorization.
• Sublicense, resell, or share account credentials across multiple individuals.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & 3-Day Free Trial

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (Monthly at $19/mo, Yearly at $199/yr) or as a one-time payment for Lifetime Access ($499). Standard 3-Day Free Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled prior to the expiration date via the customer Stripe Billing Portal. Payments are non-refundable except where mandated by applicable law.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DCODDS, ITS FOUNDERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GAMBLING LOSSES, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

6. Governing Law & Binding Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law standards. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, waiving any rights to participate in class-action lawsuits.
